Our property in Kingston is originally from the Victorian era, with lots of notable characteristics from that period – Externally, you may find architectural details like pitched roofs, bay windows and coloured brickwork while inside expect intricate floor tiles and wooden floors. Elements of these style homes still remain beautiful today, however they do need work to create the balance of the trendy buyers market alongside existing features.
This 1920s Victorian property was not only dated and in need of a modern facelift, before development, it was also dilapidated – with many issues, such as; damp, leakages as well as drainage and plumbing issues.
Our aim was to give this property a complete new lease of life, so that investors could benefit from any future value appreciation.

Kingston Upon Thames - The Work
With combined efforts from our team, during renovation we were able to take this run-down, 3 bed Victorian property and refurbish it into a 4 bed, allowing the property to boast 3 double bedrooms with one single room! This property now also has two reception rooms and an additional bathroom on the ground floor – and an extra 25sqm was extended onto the property in order to make room for a brand new, open plan kitchen/dining area.
Our team were able to maximise this property’s potential and bring into the modern day, fresh contemporary market that buyers and renters are looking for, whilst still managing to keep some of the key victorian features that finish off its well-rounded modern-homey feel.
